Offering discrete and efficient service with inspirational food dishes created to inspire.
Raj Mahal is set in a listed honey coloured Cotwold stone building dating back to around 1700, with eccentric modern decor contrasting the mellow, relaxed, charming, and noble atmosphere of the quintessential rolling English countryside. The name Raj Mahal meaning 'Kings Palace' has deep rooted royal connections to the Indian sub-continents cuisine. The kitchens of the Indian princely states were cauldrons of innumerable culinary influences that contributed immensely to exotic intermingling of tastes and cooking techniques. Our love affair with Indian food is reflected by our passion to serve the finest regional Indian dishes that mirrors the distinctive cooking styles and dining experiences of India's ancient nobility.
"After sampling others in the local area, from Kineton / Shipston / Stratford / Halford etc and I have to say this is THE BEST. The scenery, warmth, friendliness, quality of food / flavour and presentation are just the best around. The plates are even served warm”

“A warm welcome was given. Nice table, excellent menu and the food was absolutely delicious. Service was very attentive and the measure of the place was when the chef had time to make us some Kashmiri tea as a special request. Will definitely visit again.”
